This show was recorded at Microsoft Connect 2017 Conference and it is two back to back interviews.

The first was with Corey Sanders Head of Product for Azure Compute and we have a great discussion about app services, Linux containers and how they can be quickly deployed.  We also got to discuss the new Event Grid system, Apache Spark, Dealing with Large Data Sets, VS Code  & we talk about how Microsoft can improve their engagement with the open source community.

The second show was with John Gossman who is a distinguished engineer and architect on Azure Core team. He is Focused on Linux and open source developers experiences & is on the board of the Linux Foundation.  We discussed the new collaboration tools that Microsoft is releasing for developers, SONiC: The open source Debian based networking switch software that powers the Azure and how it relates to the Open Compute projects, Linux containers, and being on the cutting edge.
