Mary Distro Review

Time: 40:30

This week’s distro was Void Linux – http://www.voidlinux.eu/

Interesting distro based on the XBPS packaging system

Also commented on Kuine Linux — http://www.kuine.org/inicio/index.php/en/

Kuine Linux was problematic due to the inability to change the boot parameters without completely disabling booting from the hard drive.

This is the one time in a long time I have to disagree with Mat. The distro that I am considering for desktop use and is definately not a server distro does not have an office suite installed. By Mat’s definition Arch is not a desktop distro.
